Awards

OJDSA offers each juvenile facility in Ohio the opportunity to recognize their staff with either a Line Staff, Services Worker or Support Staff worker of the year. The descriptions of these awards allow each facility the freedom to be creative with how they honor their staff. OJDSA offers these three awards to all facilities in Ohio, at no cost to them, to ensure they have the opportunity to acknowledge their employee's hard work. Lastly, OJDSA awards its most prestigious award to a single individual in the form of the OJDSA Detention Worker of The Year.
